How do I choose the right air purifier?

Start with your main concern—allergies, smoke, chemicals/VOCs, pet odors, mold, or everyday air—and use our Shop By Concern menu, which groups models by what they're best at. Room size matters too: larger rooms need higher airflow. If you're unsure, email us your room size and what you're trying to solve and we'll recommend the right unit.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Because units ship directly from the manufacturer, allow a production lead time of about 3–5 business days, plus 2–7 business days of ground transit depending on your location. You'll get tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes—free ground shipping on all air purifiers within the 48 contiguous United States, applied automatically at checkout. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories is calculated at checkout.

Are you an authorized dealer?

Yes. We sell genuine, brand-new units sourced through authorized channels, and every purifier is backed by the manufacturer's full warranty.

What warranty comes with my purifier?

Each unit carries its manufacturer's warranty (for example, Airpura offers a 5-year warranty on many models). If you ever need to file a claim, just reach out and we'll help you through it.

How often do filters need to be replaced?

Filter life depends on the model and how heavily it's used—carbon and HEPA filters in high-use or high-pollutant environments are replaced more often. Check your model's manual for specifics, and contact us anytime about replacement filter options.

What's your return policy?

Unused, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery with a Return Authorization (RA) number; a 25% restocking fee and return shipping apply. For health and safety reasons, opened or used purifiers and opened filters can't be returned unless defective or damaged on arrival. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Inspect your order on delivery and contact us within 72 hours with your order number and photos. We'll file the claim and send a replacement at no cost to you, including shipping.

Do air purifiers help with allergies, smoke, or odors?

Quality air purifiers reduce airborne particles like dust, pollen, and pet dander, and—with activated carbon—help with smoke and chemical odors. They are not medical devices and aren't intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, but many households notice cleaner, fresher indoor air.
