Free shipping on air purifiers
We offer free ground shipping on all air purifiers to the 48 contiguous United States. No code is needed—free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.
Order processing & delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Because your purifier ships directly from the manufacturer, please allow a production lead time of 3–5 business days, plus 2–7 business days of ground transit depending on your location. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.
Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. territories
We're happy to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories. Shipping to these destinations is calculated at checkout and is not eligible for free shipping. For larger units, we may contact you with an exact freight quote before processing your order.
International orders
We currently ship within the United States only. If you're outside the U.S. and interested in our products, please contact us.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders — we've got you covered
If your order arrives damaged, is defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right at no cost to you, including all shipping. Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us within 72 hours with your order number and photos of any damage, so we can file a timely claim and send your replacement.
Changed your mind?
If you'd like to return an unused, unopened item in its original packaging, please contact us within 30 days of delivery for a Return Authorization (RA) number—returns without an RA number cannot be accepted. Please note:
- A 25% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns.
- Once your RA number is issued, please ship the item back within 7 days.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
- Our original shipping cost is deducted from your refund (even if your order shipped free).
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
Opened air purifiers & replacement filters
For health and safety reasons, opened or used air purifiers and any opened replacement filters cannot be returned unless they are defective or arrived damaged. Carbon and HEPA filter media begin working as soon as they are unsealed and cannot be restocked.
Manufacturer warranties
All of our air purifiers are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We're glad to help you with any warranty claim—just reach out.
