Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If something isn't right, here's exactly how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, is defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right at no cost to you—including all shipping. Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us within 72 hours at contact [at] pureindoorliving [dot] com with your order number and photos of any damage so we can file a timely freight claim and send a replacement.

Returns for any other reason (change of mind)

If you'd like to return an unused, unopened item in its original packaging, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA number cannot be accepted.

  • A 25% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns.
  • Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving your RA number.
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
  • Our original outbound shipping cost is deducted from your refund (even if your order shipped free).
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Items that can't be returned

For health and safety reasons, opened or used air purifiers and any opened replacement filters cannot be returned unless they are defective or arrived damaged. Carbon and HEPA filter media begin working as soon as they are unsealed and cannot be restocked.

Order cancellations

Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped or entered production at the manufacturer, we'll cancel it for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, the standard return policy above applies.

Manufacturer warranties

All air purifiers are covered by the manufacturer's warranty (for example, Airpura offers a 5-year warranty on many models). We're glad to help you start any warranty claim—just reach out.

Refund timing

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
