These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pure Indoor Living website and your purchase of products from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility

2. Products, pricing & availability
We sell air quality products supplied by manufacturers and authorized partners. We make every effort to display products, descriptions, and pricing accurately, but we do not warrant that all content is error-free. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, even after the order is confirmed.
3. Orders & acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, limit quantities, or cancel an order at our discretion—including if we suspect fraud or an error in pricing or availability. If we cancel a paid order, we'll issue a full refund.
4. Payment
Payment is due at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
5. Shipping, title & risk of loss
Shipping terms and timelines are described on our Shipping & Returns page. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please report shipping damage within 72 hours as described in our Refund Policy.

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
7. Health & product disclaimers
Our products are intended to help improve indoor air quality. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. Information on our site is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions for use, placement, and filter replacement.
8. Warranties
Products are covered by the applicable manufacturer's warranty, and warranty service is provided under the manufacturer's terms. Except for those manufacturer warranties and to the fullest extent permitted by law, products are provided "as is," and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
