It builds on the standard 4-stage HEPA system with an enhanced activated carbon and zeolite blend impregnated with potassium iodide, targeting VOCs, formaldehyde, and a wider range of airborne chemicals and odors alongside dust, pollen, and smoke.
- Fits: all Austin Air HealthMate Plus units (HM450 / B450).
- When to replace: rated for up to 5 years of normal residential use; refresh the pre-filter every ~6 months to protect it.
- Choose your color: White (White/Sandstone units) or Black (Black/Midnight Blue units).
